THE MONEY SAVING WAY TO WARM YOUR BIRDS
Watch the video below to see the new Reclaimer Fan in use in a rearing shed in Victoria, Australia.
AAS is very pleased to announce it has been appointed the sole distributor for the Reclaimer Fan in Australia.
New sheds can be fitted with the Reclaimer as part of construction, while existing sheds can be retro-fitted between rearing cycles. AAS supply all hardware required to suspend.
POULTRY SHED TRIAL RESULTS
The graph above displays results of the heat in the roof and the floor across a period of time.
During periods when the Reclaimer was 'ON' the difference between the roof and floor temperatures were minimal.
When the Reclaimer was 'OFF' the hot air is wasted as it is trapped in the roof, while the floor got colder.
This graph shows a close up of a section of the first graph showing a period of time with the Reclaimer 'ON', and then 'OFF'.
The shift in temperature is significant and immediate in its response to the Reclaimer being turned 'OFF'.
De-Stratification is the process of mixing the internal air in a building to eliminate stratified layers and achieve temperature equalisation throughout the internal space.
It is the reverse of the natural process of thermal stratification which is the layering of differing (normally rising) air temperatures from floor to ceiling.
