Cyclone Pan Feeder

The Cyclone pan feeding system is a broiler feeding system that performs from start to finish.

The proven, durable plastic pans feature a heavy-duty galvanized wire grille, providing maximum support even when used with large birds.

Pans are fixed on the tube to maintain optimum feed space all around the pan. The pan is designed so the movement of birds around the pan causes a gentle motion to assure uniform feed flow.

Cyclone intermediate control pans can be installed anywhere on the feed line. As birds are moved to non-brood areas, the first control pan can be deactivated, automatically converting to a regular feed pan. Then you can activate the control pan that’s located further down the line.

The Cyclone system comes complete with Big Dutchman’s feeder and hopper unit, auger and tube, and your choice of
belt-drive or direct-drive power unit. Round out your system with Big Dutchman components - nipple watering system, feed tank, auger fill system, brooders, and environmental control systems.
